Its also a good way to earn some passive income, once the work is done editing, describing and keywording the files its just a case of uploading and getting accepted.
You are already promoting your own work via your blog which is good, you’ve just got to decide whether you want to submit to just one site or lots of them..!
I’d say that iStockphoto would be the best bet if you just want to use one site, but go for istock, dreamstime, fotolia, shutterstock, and stockxpert if you want to try a few out. :)

The photographer gets paid a percentage for the image sale, the Image buyer gets certain rights to use the photography in certain circumstances (dependant on the license that they purchased). :)
